Acceptance of Terms of Use

• Register only one account in your own name — registering multiple accounts for the same individual is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Not acting as an agent or representative of any third party when using the w222 platform.

W222 reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Members who fail to verify that they are 18 years of age or older through the prescribed KYC (Know Your Customer) process will have their access to the platform suspended until satisfactory verification is provided. Valid identification documents are required for this purpose.

Registration and Account Management

To access the full w222 platform, you must register an account using accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. Required details at registration include your full name as per your ID, an active Malaysian phone number, and a secure password.

Account Information Responsibility

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. This includes:

• Ensuring you log out of your account when using a shared device.

W222 will never ask for your account password via email, phone or any other channel outside the platform. If you receive such a request, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to our team immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the specific terms of that promotion.
• Deposit bonuses are subject to rollover requirements. The rollover amount required before a withdrawal is permitted will be clearly stated on each offer on the w222 platform.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, false information, or dishonest methods will result in all bonuses being voided and the account suspended.
• W222 reserves the right to void any bonus awarded as a result of a technical or administrative error.

W222 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• Activity indicating fraud or money laundering is detected.
• Members found to have provided false information during registration.
